The estimator uses standard volume-based calculations.

Wall Volume Wall Length × Wall Height × Wall Thickness
Brick Quantity Wall Volume ÷ Effective Brick Volume
Mortar Calculated from the wall volume after accounting for brick volume and the selected cement : sand ratio.
Total Cost Material Costs + Labor + Other Additional Costs
