  1. Open Image Resizer and upload your photo.
  2. Choose a unit (px/cm/mm/in) and enter your target width and height.
  3. Turn off "Maintain aspect ratio" if you need an exact custom size (like 3.5×4.5 cm for a passport photo).
  4. Set your target file size (KB/MB) and pick the output format (JPEG or PNG).
  5. Optional: turn on background options if required.
  6. Tap Resize & Compress, then Download File.
